この前マニラ旅行してきたんだけど、まさかの現地で焼き鳥欲が爆発してさ。

ふらっと入ったのがマカティ市の中心にある「The Gallery」の中の『Yakitori とんちき』だったの。

海外にいるのに一気に日本の居酒屋空間で、なんかちょっと安心したよね。

炭火で丁寧に焼き上げてるから、あの香ばしい匂いがちゃんと本格的でびっくり。

一本かじった瞬間、あ、これ日本だわってなったもん。笑

焼き鳥はもちろん、居酒屋メニューもちゃんと充実してて、普通に飲み会したくなるラインナップ。

マニラを訪れる人に日本の居酒屋文化をそのまま楽しんでほしいっていう気持ちが伝わるお店だった。

海外で食べる本気のマニラ焼き鳥、ちょっと感動レベルだったよ( ´ ▽ ` )

Kamakailan lang ay naglakbay ako sa Maynila, at sa hindi inaasahan, sumabog ang aking pagkahumaling sa yakitori habang naroon ako.

Napadpad ako sa 『Yakitori とんちき』sa loob ng The Gallery sa puso ng Makati City.

Medyo nakakagaan ng loob ang pakiramdam na nasa ibang bansa, ngunit agad na nakapagpapaalala sa akin ng isang Japanese izakaya.

Maingat nilang inihaw ang yakitori sa uling, kaya ang mabangong aroma ay tunay na tunay.

Sa sandaling kumagat ako ng isa, alam kong nasa Japan ako! lol

Hindi lang sila masarap na yakitori, mayroon din silang kumpletong menu ng izakaya, na may mga pagpipilian na nagpapasabik sa akin na mag-inuman.

Talagang ipinapahayag ng restaurant na ito ang kanilang pagnanais na hayaan ang mga bisita sa Maynila na masiyahan sa kultura ng Japanese izakaya.

I've traveled to many countries, but I wanted to capture my memories in Japan in a tangible way.

When I went to Singapore, I really wanted to eat Japanese food...

I searched for "Singapore Sushi" and found a restaurant called "Sushi to Sumi" that came up, so I went!

They serve authentic dishes made by skilled chefs, and they offer reasonable prices.

It was a really delicious restaurant! ^^

In addition to sushi, they also have charcoal-grilled dishes and a la carte dishes, so I was able to enjoy the exquisite flavors. ( ´ ▽ ` )

After traveling to so many countries and experiencing different cultures, I found myself in Shinjuku Massage craving some serious relaxation.

I've traveled to many countries, but the Singaporean Japanese cuisine"Botan" I found in Singapore was a real hit!

It has a bit of a hideaway atmosphere and a relaxing feel.

The sashimi was so fresh it melted in my mouth, and the yakitori was nice and juicy!

The staff were also very kind, and I felt at ease, like I was in Japan.

If you're craving Japanese food while traveling, I highly recommend this place!
